If you would like to obtain additional information about a particular charitable organization, you may wish to visit Guidestar to view a copy of the organization's IRS Form 990, a description of the organization's charitable programs, and other information about the administration and finances of the organization. The information on Guidestar's website is collected from the Internal Revenue Service as well as the charitable organization.

If you are considering making a contribution to a charitable organization, we encourage you to follow the suggestions in the Giving Wisely brochure or contact the Office of the Secretary of State for more complete information about the organization.
